Spot cream

This spot cream is gentle. No irritation in my experience. I do think it seems to bring acne to the surface faster as another reviewer mentioned. Have some deeper redness/scars that are not really reduced yet, so I haven’t noticed any “miracles”, but I like it and will keep using it!

This helps with my monthly painful breakouts

I tend to get really bad breakouts during that time of the month. If I use this during that time it helps reduce the redness and size pretty fast. I’ve also had less white heads too.

Nice so far

Definitely doesn’t get rid of any acne overnight, but it does help calm them down or lesson them from size. It does help (for me at least) to bring acne to the surface. I get more cystic hormonal acne and it can take a long time for it to actually come to surface (if it even does that) but with this I’ve noticed after a couple days the acne is a lot more closer to the surface or already there.
