If you are not satisfied with a purchase, you can return your new, unopened and unused item(s) to Olive Kollection for a full refund within 21 days of the purchase date. Return shipping is $5 and will be taken out of your refund amount, within the US only. 

For a return shipping label, e-mail info@olivekollection.com with your order number and "RETURN" in the subject line and the product(s) you would like to return as well as the reason for your return in the body.
 
Only the items specified in the original return request is received and confirmed by Olive Kollection, you will be refunded. Extra products included in the return package unconfirmed in the return request, especially if from an order outside the return window, will not be refunded.
 
Only the retail value plus tax paid by the customer will be refunded at the time of return, minus $5 shipping cost. Any discounts applied to the order will be automatically factored into the amount refunded.

Please allow 5-14 business days to process your return. After your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 3-7 business days for the credit to post back to your account.
 
Products on sale during promotions and certain promotional items are often not eligible for return. Site-wide promotional sales (Black Friday and Cyber Monday), limited timed deals, are not eligible for return/refund. Please check the parameters of the promotion before purchasing.

The value on your customs form will reflect the full value of all products purchased - discounts are not considered in the customs total value.
