Exfoliation gentle enough for daily use. The only acid here is PHA — no AHA, no BHA — and its larger molecules work at the surface rather than driving deep, which is why sensitive and first-time exfoliant users can handle it. Heartleaf makes up 77% of the formula as the base, calming while the PHA smooths. The pads are 7cm and dual-textured: embossed on one side for exfoliating, smooth on the other for toning. After cleansing, wipe the embossed side gently across your face, following the direction of your skin. Avoid the eye and lip areas. Follow with the smooth side to calm and prep for the rest of your routine. Use daily, morning and night. If your skin is very sensitive, start three or four times a week. For targeted care: place a pad on an irritated area for a few minutes as a mini mask. Wear SPF in the morning — any exfoliation increases sun sensitivity.
