How to use 

Follow your lash line and fill in the gaps between lashes for a fuller look. To prevent the pencil from breaking, extend the pencil out in small amounts. Twist the opposite direction to retract the eyeliner before closing.

one of my favorite eyeliners

I have very oily lids but this liner stays put. I have it in brown and black. I do use an eyeshadow base and eyeshadow powder(s), but the test is if the liner stays and doesn’t move because sometimes even after prepping my eyelids the liner smudges. This one does not budge and it’s easy to use.

i love this eyeliner and i’ve been trying to find a pencil liner that doesn’t budge—this does exactly that!! i swatched it on my hand to test out and it’s very pigmented and doesn’t smudge after you let it set!
