No purified water anywhere in this formula. Where most cleansers use water as the base and add a few extracts on top, Heveblue built this one entirely from botanical waters — broccoli water at 463,540ppm, centella leaf water at 102,900ppm, and purslane water at 98,000ppm.

Salmon PDRN and roe extract sit alongside them for barrier support. The bubbles are fine and dense, so it cleans thoroughly without the tightness afterward, and Heveblue publishes the exact concentration of everything in it. 200 ml.

• Zero Purified Water — the entire base is botanical water. Every drop is doing something rather than just carrying the surfactants.
• Broccoli Water at 463,540ppm — roughly 46% of the formula. Rich in vitamins and antioxidants, and it's the foundation the whole cleanser is built on.
• Centella Leaf Water at 102,900ppm — around 10%, with madecassoside alongside it. Calms reactive skin during the wash rather than after it.
• Purslane Water at 98,000ppm — omega-rich and soothing, layered in at a meaningful concentration.
• Salmon PDRN at 5,000ppm — supports barrier strength and skin condition. Unusual in a rinse-off product.
• Salmon Roe Extract at 1,500ppm — amino acids and nutrients from salmon roe, the ingredient Heveblue's whole line is named for.
• Avocado Peptide — conditions and supports the barrier while you cleanse.
• Fine, Dense Bubbles — a rich lather that lifts grime without stripping. Skin feels comfortable afterward, not squeaky.
• Published Concentrations — Heveblue lists the exact ppm of every key ingredient, which almost no brand does.
