Intensive care: Use 1 full capsule at night, 3–4 times per week after cleansing and toning. Daily care: Use half a capsule in the morning and the remaining half in the evening. Apply before moisturizer — or skip moisturizer when using as a cream substitute. Twist off the cap along the tab, apply directly to skin and pat in. Re-cap and store upright if using half. 20 capsules x 1.5ml = 30ml total.
