Perfect Layering Toner

I love this toner especially for layering! I have oily and acne-prone skin and this toner has a very light and watery texture that makes it easy to layer multiple times and it still not feel heavy at all. I found that the redness on my skin had reduced since using this toner as well.

was so excited to try this toner because I liked the toner pads they came out with, but it honestly felt like i was just putting water on my face. I couldn’t really tell if it was actually hydrating, it did nothing for my acne or the redness i have around my cheeks, it definitely felt like an overhyped product for me
