40% water-infused water stain velvet tint
Its formula of the high level of moisture overcomes the weakness of general velvet lip tint : dryness, smudging, thickness & lastingness. It gives clear water-based color and makes lips comfortable without any dryness. Its water-stained color lasts long without any coming off.

* Dewy inside, matte outside, dew-velvet transformative texture
The transforming texture from dew to velvet makes your lips moisturized inside and velvety outside.

* Water-stained velvelt finish & long-lasting color
Its water color pigment staines lips, and light water-gel velvet veil is formed on lips, which enables long-lasting color.

nice color pay off

I like this lip tint. It is definitely a product that has the intention to be used in multiple layers. You have to do two coats to get a vivid color pay off. The only reason I am taking off one star is because it has a strong scent and the applicator foot doesn't pick up a lot of product.
