Soak a cotton pad thoroughly with the cleansing water. Gently swipe across the face following the skin's texture. For the eyes and lips, hold the soaked pad over the area for 10 seconds before wiping to dissolve waterproof makeup without tugging. Repeat with a fresh pad until no residue remains. Rinse lightly with lukewarm water if desired (optional). Use as step 1 of a double cleanse, or on its own for light days.
