Intensive care: use 1 full capsule at night, 3–4 times per week after cleansing and toning. Daily care: use half a capsule in the morning and the remaining half in the evening. Twist off the cap along the tab, apply directly to skin and pat in. Re-cap and store upright if using half. Can substitute for moisturizer on nights when skin needs more. 20 capsules x 1.5ml = 30ml total. Patch test before first use.
