• Panthenol (Pro-Vitamin B5) — Soothe + Barrier Heal — a therapeutic humectant that soothes irritation, calms reactive skin, and accelerates barrier lipid synthesis. At the concentration in this toner, it actively repairs the skin barrier rather than just sitting on top of it — making it especially effective for sensitized and post-breakout skin.
• Sodium Hyaluronate + Trehalose — Layered Hydration — Sodium HA creates a surface moisture film that seals in hydration applied underneath.
