Round Lab built this toner around a single hero: Pinus Densiflora — the Yangyang red pine from the east coast of Korea, known for its exceptional cold-weather resilience. Pine leaf extract sits at 400,196ppm (40% of the formula), making it the dominant active rather than a token botanical.

Combined with five isolated centella asiatica compounds, houttuynia cordata, gentle LHA and PHA exfoliants, and three types of hyaluronic acid, this is a toner designed for sensitive, reactive and irritated skin that still needs active exfoliation and comprehensive hydration. • Pinus Densiflora Leaf Extract 400,196ppm (40%) — Yangyang Pine — Korean red pine sourced from Yangyang on Korea's east coast contains high concentrations of terpenes, flavonoids and ferulic acid with documented anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and antimicrobial properties. At 400,196ppm it is the base of the formula — not a trace addition. Round Lab combines it with vegetable protein glycoproteins and the five cica compounds for synergistic calming.
• 5 Isolated Centella Actives — Full-Spectrum Cica — Asiaticoside, Asiatic Acid, Madecassoside and Madecassic Acid at defined concentrations — the four primary bioactive centellosides responsible for centella's wound-healing, barrier-repair, collagen-stimulating and anti-inflammatory effects. Using isolated actives rather than whole extract is a more pharmaceutical approach to cica.
• Houttuynia Cordata 10,699ppm — Heartleaf + Indian Mulberry — heartleaf (houttuynia cordata) at 10,699ppm is a powerful natural antibacterial and anti-inflammatory herb for calming acne-related inflammation and redness. Indian Mulberry (Morinda Citrifolia) leaf and flower extract adds calming and antioxidant support. Together with pine and centella they form a three-herb calming synergy.
• LHA (Capryloyl Salicylic Acid) + Gluconolactone (PHA) — Dual Gentle Exfoliation — LHA is a lipophilic salicylic acid derivative that dissolves dead skin cell bonds at the surface without BHA irritation risk. Gluconolactone is a PHA — the most gentle exfoliant class with a larger molecular size that limits penetration. Both are compatible with sensitive skin, clearing debris while the pine and cica actives soothe.
• 3 Types of Hyaluronic Acid + Glycoprotein 8,180ppm — Hyaluronic Acid (surface hydration), Hydrolyzed Hyaluronic Acid (deeper penetration), and Sodium Hyaluronate (stable salt form) for multi-depth hydration. Vegetable protein glycoprotein binds moisture and supports the skin's structural matrix.

After cleansing, apply an appropriate amount to a cotton pad or directly to the face and pat gently to absorb. Morning and evening. pH 4–6. Fragrance-free. 250ml.
